communications. But how do you actually use it? Twitter 101 is a primer

HTML Email Campaigns [[NOT SPAM!! DO NOT DELETE!!]]
Eric Gardner (Cotsen Institute of Archaeology)
Many people in tech-related work cringe when phrases like "email
marketing" are used. We all hate spam, but is there a legitimate way
for businesses and institutions to conduct email-based forms of
outreach? This presentation will provide an overview of the pros,
cons, and technical details of HTML-based email campaigns, along with
some resources that might be useful to campus departments looking to
get started with campaigns of their own.
Scrum
Salman Quazi (UCLA School of Law)
What is Scrum? Scrum is a framework for managing projects. Work is structured in cycles called sprints, that are typically two to four weeks in duration. It is a value system that asks teams to work together to accomplish a common goal, focusing on the output of the team rather than the input of the individuals. At the end of each sprint, a potentially shippable product is delivered. Find out how the UCLA School of Law was been able to successfully use Scrum within their development of projects.
