Next CWP Meeting Wednesday Dec 3, 2008 1:00-2:30pm

The next CWP meeting will be held on Wed Dec 3 from 1:00-2:30pm at the James West Alumni Center in the Collins Alumni Conference Room. Refreshments and snacks will be served. As always, anyone is welcome to attend these meetings.

Creating a Brand Using the UCLA Identity: The Cotsen Institute of Archaeology's Communications Project

Shauna Mecartea (Cotsen Institute of Archaeology)

This presentation will illustrate how the Cotsen Institute of Archaeology created a brand that incorporates the UCLA identity in both print and electronic media. From inception to implementation, you will learn how and why the Cotsen Institute employed various media to accomplish communications and marketing strategies targeted at multiple audiences, and about our plans for brand maintenance.

A demonstration of the platform's ability for powerful, rapid, point and click application development of various web based initiatives. Covering relevant needs such as Survey / Questionnaire Development, Scoring, Data Management, and Business Intelligence / Reporting, IT Professionals and Managers are introduced to alternative solutions and a framework on how to utilize UCLA's non-profit status.
