Designing web sites to work on multiple platforms and browsers can be a challenging task. Luckily there are some great free extensions via Firefox that will help make your life a lot easier.
File Extending Plone with a relational database and ISIS authentication (PowerPoint - 86KB)
This presentation will show how a custom dynamic application was developed for BruinCast (http://bruincast.ucla.edu) by the Office of Instructional Development, which extended Plone’s existing CMS to use an external relational database (MySQL) and ISIS authentication. ISIS authentication was migrated into Plone to restrict selected course webcast pages to currently enrolled students.
